Questions before you buy
Which plan should I choose?
Choose the plan that lasts until your test date. Less than a month away: 1 month. One to three months: 3 months. Further out, or you may need a retake: 6 months.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Each plan renews at the same price for the same period until you cancel. We email you 7 days before every renewal, and you can cancel in one click from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What if I want my money back?
Ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Details are in our refund policy.
What if I don't pass?
Send us your official score report within 30 days of your test date and we add 2 months to your account for free, so you can prepare for the retake.
Who processes the payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay; we never see your card details.
Is this official ATI or HESI material?
No. HealthcareExams is independent. Our questions are written from the publicly available test outlines; we never copy real exam questions.
