Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of healthcareexams.com and the HealthcareExams study service (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Appcellent Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

HealthcareExams provides practice questions, practice tests, score reports, study plans and related study material for nursing school entrance exams such as the ATI TEAS and the HESI Admission Assessment (A2). Some parts are free; others require a paid subscription.

HealthcareExams is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ATI (Assessment Technologies Institute), Elsevier/HESI or NCSBN. TEAS and ATI TEAS are registered trademarks of Assessment Technologies Institute, LLC. HESI is a registered trademark of Elsevier Inc. Our material is written independently from publicly available test outlines and does not contain real exam questions. Score predictions are estimates and do not guarantee any result on the official exam or admission to any program.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You must give a valid email address and keep access to it, because we use it to sign you in. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One subscription is for one person; do not share your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a subscription you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose (1, 3 or 6 months) and renew automatically at the same price and for the same period until you cancel.
  • We email you at least 7 days before each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@healthcareexams.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
  • If we change the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

4. Refunds and the pass extension

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. If you do not pass your exam while subscribed, you can ask for 2 free months. The conditions are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell or publish our questions or explanations; share your account; use automated tools to access the Service; try to break, overload or get around the security of the Service; or upload or share real exam content that you are bound to keep confidential.

6. Our content

All questions, explanations, study plans, text, graphics and software in the Service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own exam preparation while your access is active.

7. AI-generated material

Some questions, explanations and study plans are created with the help of AI and checked against official public sources. We work to keep them accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you find an error, tell us at support@healthcareexams.com and we will fix it. The Service is for exam preparation only and is not medical, clinical or professional advice.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, add or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you already paid for, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused part.

9. Ending your access

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example by sharing an account or copying content. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for your result on any exam or admission decision. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
